Over time, my work moved closer to the internal factors that quietly determine success: emotional regulation under pressure, decision integrity, boundaries, and the ability to lead without fragmentation. I saw firsthand how growth can accelerate results — or quietly erode health, relationships, and clarity when internal capacity is exceeded.
This advisory practice reflects that understanding. I work with high-performing women who carry real responsibility and are navigating growth, transition, or reintegration in demanding environments.
